About Saima

Therapy is a sacred space for you to process difficult emotions and clarify your life path. Whether you are going through a painful transition or seeking additional support, therapy can be a monumental step in building a foundation for emotional stability and self-confidence. Saima strives to provide a compassionate, judgment-free, and affirming space for her clients to verbalize past and current adversities. She works with clients to help them create meaning and purpose in life, particularly out of painful experiences. Together, she helps clients cultivate hope and pathways for healing.

Saima works with adults navigating existential and transitional moments in life, such as job stressors, relationship conflicts, and complex family dynamics. Her professional experience includes working with people with severe mental health issues, domestic violence survivors, and around grief/end-of-life issues.
